Spicy Atlantic Salmon With Lime Mayonnaise

Atlantic salmon cooked in minutes and served with a tangy lime mayonnaise.

Spicy Atlantic Salmon With Lime Mayonnaise>

Ingredients

1 pack John West Chilled Atlantic Salmon
½ teaspoon each of turmeric, chilli powder and sea salt
½ cup whole egg mayonnaise
Grated rind of 1 lime
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ x 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Baby Beans

Instructions

step 1
Coat the top of each John West Chilled Atlantic Salmon with combined turmeric, chilli powder and sea salt and cook in a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked.

Combine mayonnaise with lime rind and juice and chill until required.
step 3
Cook frozen Birds Eye Baby Beans following packet directions and serve with cooked salmon and drizzle with lime mayonnaise.
