We have some of the most stringent inspection processes in the seafood industry. First, we source all our seafood from the best suppliers. Then our inspectors check that their produce meets our demanding expectations. (We also regularly hire outside auditors to inspect what our inspectors have approved!). This fastidious obsession with quality is applied every step of the way, right through to transportation checks to ensure our products arrive to you exactly as we packaged them.
